 of Mountwood Park is a non profit 501(c)3 membership organization for people who love the Park and are interested in improving and preserving it.The Friends work with the staff on a variety of projects,Our meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Stiles Administration Building in the Park.Come and join us! Dog Park will remain open all winter, but water is shut of to prevent Freezing
There was vandalism to the restroom at the Shelter #1 Dog Park area so the water will be off until repairs can be made. 

  We will be scheduling a leaf clean up at the Dog Park Soon!

                                    One is .4miles in length
           Beginning above the Handicap fishing  dock
                                  it is part of the Taitt Trail.

                 The other is at our Campground

                       It begins near campsite 45
         it consists of a short trail and a longer one
                            the choice is yours
                     both have interpretive signs
